At Gemba Boise, we work with individuals ages 17 to 25 seeking guidance on their next steps in life. We recognize and support neurodivergent young adults, including those with autism or ADHD, by focusing on their strengths, goals, and potential—not just their diagnoses.

🎓 ACADEMIC SUPPORT

Gemba offers educational coaching to help students build executive functioning skills like time management, prioritizing, completing tasks, and meeting deadlines. 🌱LIFE SKILLS MENTORING We offer tailored life skills coaching for independent living and career development, focusing on hygiene, sleep, nutrition, cooking, exercise, health, social skills, financial literacy, and job skills.

👨‍👩‍👧 💬COUNSELING & FAMILY SUPPORT

We recognize differing views on your path as an adult. Our team collaborates with your parents to ensure you trust and respect this gap time to calibrate a post-Gemba Boise plan.

Gemba Boise is designed for young adults who want to approach adulthood at a purposeful pace, rather than rushing into college or work, and for those who want to explore their interests and find their purpose and path. Contact us to learn about our coaching services and how we work with young people on their journey.  For some, it is a Gap Semester; for others, it is an opportunity to learn life skills and move forward.
