New Perspectives provides transitional living for neurodiverse young adults, utilizing life coaching & therapy to support each individual in taking their next steps in life.

Each client is supported by a team of mentors, coaches, and therapists that provide connection & accountability.

We are a community-based program with supported apartment living. We begin with the end in mind. As they live in an apartment, by themselves or with roommates, our clients are immersed in the community from the very beginning.

The full-time intensive program at New Perspectives includes all services. With a max of 18 full-time clients, our clinical team of 4 therapists is able to provide personalized care & assistance, as well as collaborative one-to-one work with coaches.

Outpatient therapy & coaching is available specific to each client’s area of focus. Each services available in the full-time intensive program is available as outpatient work with a therapist and/or coach. This includes support with academics or employment; coaching on executive functioning, emotional regulation, and building relationships; exposure therapy; and more.

Who is our Client?

We support neurodiverse young adults age 18+ with a need & desire for supportive, community-based living where they can learn to be self-sufficient. Neurodiverse can mean a lot of things, so we don’t work with only a single type of diagnosis, and a diagnosis isn't even required!

We work with clients presenting with:

  • Autism (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • OCD
  • BPD
  • mood disorders
  • trauma & complex trauma
  • and more

We do NOT work with young adults who are currently suicidal, pose a risk of violence towards others, have serious patterns of substance abuse, or those requiring 24-hour direct supervision.

If you have any question or concern about a diagnosis fitting with our program, email our director Janet Robinson at admin@embracenewperspectives.com.
