OPI Houston is a residential treatment and transitional living program that enables young adults to become healthy, secure, and integrated in their lives. OPI Houston works with young adults of all genders, ages 17.5-28, specializing in trauma, attachment, mood, personality disorders, and other mental health challenges. For over two decades, OPI Houston (formerly Fulshear) has walked alongside young adults as they work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity struggles. Through its dual-campus model—offering both a serene Ranch setting for deep therapeutic work and vibrant city living for life skills integration—clients gain the support, confidence, and clarity to move forward with purpose.

📍Clients start their journey on OPI's 34-acre ranch 🐎 just outside of Houston, Texas, where they receive 24-hour support in a peaceful, structured, therapeutic environment.
📍Then, clients move to the next step of OPI's program, which helps them transition to apartment living, and evokes emotional safety and lasting change.

Many different types of evidenced-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy (through Eagala and Natural Lifemanship), Integrated Attachment Model, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) are experienced in both individual, group, or family therapy settings.

OPI Houston is focused on creating healthy, secure, and integrated young adults who know how to take care of themselves, are a force for good in their own lives and the lives of others, and have a positive influence over others.

Some of the mental health struggles that OPI Houston treats in their young adults include:
