At Optimum Performance Institute ( OPI ), we offer a continuum of care that includes Short-Term Residential (STR) and Long-Term Residential Programs to assist in navigating the right level of care for young adults. Each program specializes in the use of DBT and allied clinical and transitional modalities to treat young adults between the ages of 17-28 of all genders who are struggling with emotional dysregulation, interpersonal issues, and other challenges to ensure long-term success in life.

Situated in a safe community close to Los Angeles (Woodland Hills), young adults are able to heal and overcome difficult mental health challenges, learn how to handle personal responsibilities, explore the community through weekly recreational and cultural outings, and utilize the rich resources the city provides such as an endless array of school, employment, and volunteer opportunities.

➡️ Conditions OPI treats include: ADHD ~ Anger/Mood Regulation ~ Anxiety ~ Autism ~ Bipolar Disorder ~ Borderline Personality Disorder ~ Depression ~ Failure to Launch ~ Family Conflict ~ PTSD/Trauma ~ School Issues ~ Self Harm/Cutting ~ Suicidal Ideation ~ Excessive Technology Use ~ Other Mental Health Issues

➡️ Call us at 805-915-6263 to start the healing process and get your adult on the path to an independent life.
