Founded in 1992, Rose Hill Center is a nonprofit organization with a simple but profound mission — to walk alongside adults living with serious mental illness and help them build lives filled with stability, purpose, and hope. With compassionate, highly structured residential care, Rose Hill supports individuals facing some of life's most challenging diagnoses, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and co-occurring conditions. Our trained staff are available around the clock to provide individualized, evidence-based care focused on stabilizing symptoms, building meaningful life skills, and supporting each person's journey toward independence.
What makes Rose Hill truly special is its belief that recovery looks different for everyone. Whether someone needs the deep structure of Extended Residential care, the focused support of a Partial Hospitalization Program, the flexibility of an Intensive Outpatient Program, the guided independence of Transitional Living, or the steady encouragement of a Community Support Program, Rose Hill meets each person exactly where they are. A community-focused spirit woven through every level of care is built on routine, accountability, and genuine hope for what lies ahead. Set on a peaceful 400-acre campus in Holly, Michigan, Rose Hill's working farm adds something truly unique to the healing experience: a place where caring for animals and tending the land quietly restores confidence, purpose, and a sense of belonging. For more than 30 years, Rose Hill Center has helped adults find their footing and embrace the independence they deserve.
