Starts with belonging
We found our way to NeuroDev through a consultant specializing in resources for neurodivergent young adults. From the beginning, communication flowed well, and the admission process is unrushed and without pressure, which was essential for our son. The combination of a welcoming and safe community coupled with a recognition of the role tech plays for many ND young adults made our son feel seen and valued enough for him to make the decision to leave his 6-year pattern of avoidance and stuckness, and risk seeing himself and the world differently, with more hope and grace and joy. We’re coming up on a year with the program, and the change has been phenomenal, to the point where our son was sending me reminders about an upcoming appointment we had. Not only is he now finding his way, but he is also starting to take initiative and direct his journey. There were many years when we truly could not imagine our son being in this place, which, maybe most importantly, is a place of self-love, deep gratitude, and joy.
Response from NeuroDevLinda, thank you so much for this! It means so much to have you share about the growth you've seen in your son over this past year. We know what a big step it was for him and your family to begin this journey, and it's been such a joy to watch him find his footing, build confidence, and begin taking more ownership of his life. We especially love what you shared about his growing sense of joy. That's what makes this work so meaningful to us! We're grateful for the trust you've placed in NeuroDev and for the opportunity to be part of his journey.

Set Up For Success
Our son went through the NeuroDev program after highschool graduation. He was struggling with mental health issue, confidence, managing life skills, and building friendships. From full support to living in an apartment with roommates, managing college, medical appointments, cooking his own meals, and building a social life, NeuroDev led him one step at a time toward the confidence to be independent. He is now living in an apartment, working toward his bachelors degree, was recently promoted at work on campus, and continues to build friendships on campus and at work. NeuroDev wrapped him in support from qualified adults to peer mentors. The program is well worth the investment in your child's future. I fully recommend the program with zero reservations.
Response from NeuroDevMargaret, thank you so much for sharing this! It has been incredibly rewarding to watch your son grow in confidence and independence, one step at a time, and to see all that he is doing now. We're so grateful your family trusted NeuroDev to be part of his journey and truly appreciate your recommendation and support!

Thankful i found NeuroDev
I was looking for a gap program for my daughter who has a variety of mental/physical challenges and came upon NeuroDev. Well fast forward 63 days to be exact and my daughter is simply thriving. My daughter describes it as "college with scaffolding" and it is the perfect description. She is stretching herself in every way possible and is building such a positive experience that will no doubt lead to a more successful learning journey. Coudn't be happier and just really, really relieved that programs like NeuroDev exist.
Response from NeuroDevKaren, "college with scaffolding" might be one of our favorite descriptions of NeuroDev! It has been so great to watch your daughter stretch herself, take on so many new experiences, and grow in such a short time. We absolutely love having her here and can't wait to see where all of these new experiences take her!

The best fit
Before I became a mom, I was a supervisor at a residential treatment facility for teenagers with mental health problems. As a clinical social worker, I was particularly selective when finding a program for my own autistic young adult. From both a personal and professional perspective, there is no program better to help with this important life transition. We hired several professionals to help us find the right fit. We’re so happy with our choice. NeuroDev has met and exceeded our exceedingly high expectations.
Response from NeuroDevRebecca, this means a great deal coming from someone who understands this work both professionally and personally. We know how much thought went into finding the right fit for your son, and we've loved getting to know him and your family. We're so glad NeuroDev has lived up to the high hopes you had when you chose us!

Neurodev is a phenomenal program!
Our son has severe ADHD and a central auditory processing disorder. Since early childhood, School was always a major struggle for him and many believed that he would not be able to conquer much once graduating from high school because of his learning challenges. His mother and I who have advocated for him believed otherwise!! After much research and by the grace of God, we found Neurodev. Jason and Debbie the directors and founders developed this amazing program for neuro diverse learners, specifically those on the spectrum..as parents, this program was a life saver for our son. We watched him develop his technical skills, and his social/behavioral skills. Thanks solely to their team and extensive skill development and perseverance, our son went on through their guidance and advocacy to Dixie technical college and he earned his full certification in welding. Today he is gainfully employed in St. George Utah thanks to Jason and Debbie and their team advocacy and he is living a fulfilling and independent life. There is no question had we not made this choice to send our son to this program, he would have succumbed to his ADHD and used it as an excuse to not develop or flourish. Instead, Neurodev helped him understand that his challenges could be channeled in a positive way to develop skills to overcome the negative aspects of the ADHD and develop those natural technical skills and intellectual skills that had been bottled up inside him. These amazing accomplishments that were unleashed within our son thanks to the NeuroDev team’s belief in him would never have seen the light of day without their expertise and intervention. We are from Chicago. Imagine sending your 18 year old across the country to St. George Utah, not knowing how he would adapt or thrive. The huge step towards our son’s development was when we visited the program, “he” chose Neurodev because of what he experienced during his visit day. Now. after several years and his conquering a technical college program, our son is embarking on living a fulfilling, independent life as an adult. This is every parent’s hope for their child and collectively, the team and our son’s patience, willingness to trust and his perseverance working with his Neurodev team, this hope has become reality! We will be forever grateful to Jason, Debbie and their amazing team. For parents struggling like we were, there is hope.. Seek out Neurodev and learn about their outstanding program!
Response from NeuroDevBryan, what an incredible privilege it has been to know your son and your family all these years. We remember that leap of faith you took sending him across the country and how important it was that he chose NeuroDev for himself. He has worked hard, persevered, and accomplished so much, and we couldn't be prouder of the life he is building for himself. Thank you for trusting and believing in us along the way. We'll always be cheering him on!

Life Changing Decision
It’s crazy to think that my brother joined the Neuro Dev community five years ago. I still remember the day my parents told my siblings and me that they were moving my little brother to a program in Utah. I was overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty. How was he going to do so far away from his family? Looking back now, that one decision completely changed my brother’s life. Through the support of Jason and the entire Neuro Dev team, my brother found his way. He was given an environment where he could learn, grow, mature, and, most importantly, discover what he was passionate about. He eventually went on to trade school—something I honestly never imagined would be possible. There was a time when I couldn’t picture my brother going to school, living independently, or building a career of his own. Today, he is a welder, has a full-time job, and has built an independent life for himself in the St. George area. My brother just needed the right community—people who understood him, believed in him, and gave him the support and push he needed to begin creating a life of his own. I will forever be grateful for Neuro Dev. They changed my brother’s life and gave our entire family real hope for his future. Seeing the life he has built today means more to us than I could ever put into words. Thank you, Jason and the entire Neuro Dev team, for everything you have done for my brother and our family!
Response from NeuroDevThanks Maura!:-) Jimmy has worked his tail off. We love having him around:)
