The Telos family of programs located in Orem comprises five small, highly individualized specialty settings dedicated to the health and healing of clinically complex adolescents and young adults. Telos programs are owner-operated, nationally accredited, and evidence-based.

⭐ Telos Academy is our residential treatment center (RTC) setting for adolescent boys aged 14-17. With a focus on comprehensive therapy, brain-based interventions, high-end academics, physical fitness, and seven varsity sports, Telos RTC students find hope and healing.  Telos RTC offers years of independent outcomes data that we share with families.

⭐ Vineyard Primary Care and Assessment is our 16-bed stabilization and assessment program for adolescent boys (aged 14-17). With comprehensive psychological testing in a safe environment, Vineyard gives families diagnostic and treatment clarity as they prepare for the next step.

⭐ Carter House is our small 12-student specialty team with deep expertise in helping adolescent boys (aged 14-17) with substance use issues and co-occurring disorders.

⭐ Geneva Center is our small, 12-bed residential program for adolescent boys (aged 14-17) who, having struggled in other settings, need a high-structure, high-support environment.

🎓Telos U is a supportive treatment-to-transition program for coed young adults aged 17.5-26. Telos U students receive academic support to finish high school or succeed in college, work, or trade school. Life skills coaching and intensive therapy help our emerging adults meet the challenges of independent life. >>> Visit the linked website to see the Interactive Campus Tours, or call admissions to learn more about the Parent Portal we use to communicate and how our family programming works.

My son's best friend, Jon, lost his father to suicide. This sent him into a spiral of depression and drug use. I stepped in as a father figure, but in spite of my best efforts it wasn't enough. Eventually his mother sent him to Telos where he had a transformative experience. He had an amazing therapist that was able to break through his defenses and actually connect. Jon was there for 10 months. He was happy, safe, and I watched as he became the person he was before tragedy derailed him. I can't say enough about Telos and the people there. They saved a life.

Thank you Glen. We appreciate the kind words!
