INTEGRATIVE MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT:: The Annex Mental Health is a clinically sophisticated treatment program for adults 18+ navigating complex trauma, attachment injuries, and personality disorders, located in Austin, TX. Staffed by master’s- and doctoral-level clinicians, our model integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Psychotherapy (SP) within the Attachment framework, combined with a developmentally informed, evidence-based practice.

::The Annex delivers insight-oriented care alongside real-world application through experiential interventions, therapeutic housing, and life skill integration. With a low client-to-staff ratio and ongoing training for all team members — from clinicians to operations — we ensure consistency, attunement, and depth throughout the entire treatment experience. Designed for individuals who have not found success in traditional models, The Annex offers a flexible, immersive approach to long-term healing grounded in both relational and clinical excellence.
