The Cottages on Mountain Creek offers specialized residential programming for individuals 16-18 years old and 18 and older, living with primary mental illness and co-occurring disorders. The goal is to create positive change that leads to the reintegration of our clients into society. There are a variety of residential options available, which are detailed on our website. There are different location based on the age of the client being served.

The Cottages' residential and therapeutic programming includes adjunct therapies such as music, art expression, culinary, fitness, crafts, equine therapy, horticultural therapy, nutrition classes, yoga, and massage.
Clinical therapies include group sessions, mindfulness, life skills, Behavioral IOP, addiction Programming, and individual therapy sessions.
The Cottages on Mountain Creek also offers vocational rehabilitation in partnership with a company.
Programming and treatment planning are overseen by LCSWs, counselors, a Clinical Director, Medical Director, and psychiatrists.
