Located close to Asheville, NC, The Willows at Red Oak Recovery offers a nurturing and restorative environment designed exclusively for female-identifying clients ages 18 and older. Our residential program provides primary mental health treatment that integrates evidence-based therapies with experiential approaches, helping women heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and body image challenges.

The Willows invites clients to reconnect with their sense of self through mindfulness, creative expression, and nature-based activities that encourage confidence and inner balance. Here, women experience the safety and support needed to explore personal growth, deepen emotional healing, and rediscover joy and purpose in recovery.

OUR EXTENDED CARE PROGRAM

Our extended care program provides the same high-quality, evidence-based care and compassionate support as our residential program. With the additional time offered in extended care, clients have the opportunity to engage in deeper trauma resolution work, building on the foundation established during residential treatment.

Through specialized modalities such as brainspotting, clients are guided to access and process unresolved trauma at a neurological level, supporting emotional regulation and lasting healing. This extended therapeutic window allows for more gradual integration, sustained growth, and the reinforcement of healthy coping strategies, empowering clients to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and stability in their recovery journey.
