PIVOTPoint WNC is pleased to announce its pivotal shift toward all-gender inclusivity, set to commence with the Winter Session on December 8, 2023.

Committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity, PIVOTPoint WNC will provide a secure, empowering, and productive environment for all participants, regardless of gender identity. In collaboration with a local gender-expansive program, the organization is expanding its support for all-gender groups in the young adult program.

This visionary transition comprises three phases: 

• Awareness & Training: Decided on October 5, 2023, this campaign informed all participants and stakeholders about the pivot towards all-gender inclusivity for the young adult program. Provide ongoing comprehensive training sessions for staff, educators, and participants to equip them with skills to foster inclusivity.
• Policy Revision & Implementation: Effective November 30, 2023, policy revisions, solidifying commitment to all-gender inclusivity. Robust systems are established to address concerns during the transition.
• Full Implementation: The journey culminates with the Winter Session on December 8, 2023, marking the commencement of all-gender inclusive Cohorts.
