LICENSED PRIMARY THERAPIST –

We empower the adolescents in our program to begin to find their true identities, heal from traumas, and learn to step into their incredible worth and
strengths! We are currently seeking a master’s level, licensed or associate licensed therapist to join our clinical team. Experience working with adolescents and families preferred. * Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in a behavioral health-related field, including graduate degrees in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. * Must have current licensure within their professions (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LCSW-A, LCSW, MSW, etc.) by their respective State Boards and be eligible for and acquire licensure in the state of North Carolina. * Experience and depth of knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1 a plus * Strong communicator with great boundaries * Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to lead small and large group activities.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Negotiable depending on experience and skillset; $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
• Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Solstice East is a Residential Treatment Center for females assigned at birth adolescents located in Weaverville, NC (15 minutes north of downtown Asheville).  We emphasize a relationship-based approach, utilizing equine-assisted psychotherapy in a small, nurturing environment. BENEFITS
