Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness offers clinically driven, licensed wilderness therapy assessment and treatment options for troubled teens and pre-teens ages 10-18 years old. BLUE RIDGE ADOLESCENT program utilizes advanced clinical skill, a highly flexible nomadic wilderness therapy model, ceremony, metaphor, and an affinity for the healing power of nature, to promote resiliency, healthy choices and real change. Our clinically-integrated approach, family support and commitment to service translates to an unparalleled experience and better outcomes for adolescents and families. FOOTSTEPS group is a licensed, clinically-driven wilderness therapy program designed to meet the specific needs of boys and girls, ages 11 – 14. Footsteps is the only co-educational program. Blue Ridge works with students and families that need a different and hands on approach to their assessment and treatment.
