Kiwi Recovery our full-day and intensive outpatient treatment programs (IOP and Psychiatric Day Treatment) are geared towards integration and connection. Our programs involve daily sessions in our center so that our clients can work through the challenges they’re facing as they occur. Specific schedules vary based on the age of the participant and level of care (visit our website for details). Kiwi Recovery serves ages 12 – 18 yo and 18-25 yo emerging adults.

We’re passionate about helping the next generation of young people take hold of every opportunity to reach their highest potential. We utilize evidence-based approaches like:
✅ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
✅ Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),
✅ Motivational Interviewing (MI),
✅ in conjunction with holistic practices (e.g. yoga, mindfulness, and meditation).

Because Kiwi Recovery approach involves community, evidence-based therapies, and personalized care that meets your loved one where they are and lifts them up. We integrate the family into each program to ensure growth for all. Through our group therapy programs, our distinguished clinical team will provide the skills for managing the chronic stress of addiction and co-occurring mental health diagnosis and challenges. There’s no judgment at Kiwi, only guidance and support every step of the way. We support youth in maintaining their recovery and reconnecting with family and friends to assist them in discovering the things that afford a sense of well-being, meaning, and purpose.

📍 Located in Concord, MA to learn more about Kiwi Recovery and how it combines long term recovery and education please call Brenna Fichter, LICSW 617.751.6610.
