Located in Atlanta, Skyland Trail offers residential and day treatment for adults 18 and older and adolescents ages 14 to 17 with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. We offer a powerful mix of evidence-based therapies within an integrated, holistic treatment model.
Specialized treatment for adults include CBT, DBT, first episode psychosis, and dual diagnosis. Specialized treatment for teens includes family therapy, CBT, DBT, ecological systems theory, dual diagnosis groups, and individual prolonged exposure therapy.
Respectful facilities offer age-appropriate socialization and support. Young adults ages 18 to 26 stay in our Rollins Campus or South Campus. Adolescent clients reside at the J. Rex Fuqua Campus. All of our residential communities feature private bedrooms and bathrooms and are surrounded by gardens.
Our program continuum includes residential care, day treatment, and intensive outpatient programs. Independence coaching, transitional housing, and an alumni program are available for adults.
In addition to expert psychiatric treatment, our holistic path to wellness includes music, art and horticultural therapy; workforce and school readiness; primary care services; family therapy; and healthy living and nutrition coaching. This integrated approach helps clients make a series of changes – from healthier eating, to better sleep, to new self-care strategies – that collectively add up to a healthier, happier life.
