Soltreks offers transformational journeys in nature to (re) discover our most authentic self. Individuals engage in introspective practices that cultivate resilience, healing and transformation. Experiences are for families, couples, and individuals (18 and over). Soltreks’ unwavering spirit, integrity, and commitment to its mission of quieting the mind, opening the heart, and discovering the true Self remains at the center of its work. Our focus is on developing higher self-awareness and presence; navigating life’s challenges with confidence, resilience and purpose. Owned and operated by Doug Sabo and Lorri Hanna for over 3 decades, Soltreks’ unique customized experiences focus on the individual’s growth potential while shining a light on what’s possible.

☀️ Some participants arrive seeking adventure, short-term solutions, or support with timely results. Strategies may include skill development, such as setting boundaries, listening to understand, perspective-taking, and self-care.

☀️ Others arrive ready for a deeper level of healing, ready to explore a shift in their being.
