The Telos family of programs comprises five small, highly individualized specialty settings dedicated to the health and healing of clinically complex adolescents and young adults. Telos programs are owner-operated, nationally accredited, and evidence-based.

Telos Academy is our residential treatment setting for adolescent boys aged 14-17. With a focus on comprehensive therapy, brain-based interventions, high-end academics, physical fitness, and seven varsity sports, Academy students find hope and healing.

⭐ Vineyard Primary Care and Assessment is our 16-bed stabilization and assessment program for adolescent boys (aged 14-17). With comprehensive psychological testing in a safe environment, Vineyard gives families diagnostic and treatment clarity as they prepare for the next step.

⭐ Carter House is our small 12-student specialty team with deep expertise in helping adolescent boys (aged 14-17) with substance use issues.

⭐ Geneva Center is our small, 12-bed residential program for adolescent boys (aged 14-17) who, having struggled in other settings, need a high-structure, high-support environment.

🎓Telos U is a supportive treatment-to-transition program for coed young adults aged 17.5-26. Telos U students receive academic support to finish high school or succeed in college, work, or trade school. Life skills coaching and intensive therapy help our emerging adults meet the challenges of independent life.
