For 15 years, our mission at The Dorm has been to advance mental health care for young adults (ages 18-30) who are launching lives of independence, purpose, resilience and empowerment.

Today, as a proud family-owned, operated, CARF accredited intensive outpatient program (IOP) spanning New York City and Washington, D.C, we have transformed how care looks and feels, offering a model of treatment that is affirming, inclusive and backed by research — an experience where everyone knows each other’s names, peers linger between groups to connect and there is an entire community ecosystem in place to foster belonging and lifelong growth.
