Red Mountain Colorado Just Released New Program Overview Video

Red Mountain Colorado (RMC), a residential treatment center for boys 13-17, has released a new Program Overview video detailing the supportive, mindfulness-based foundation of the program. In this video, students and staff discuss how RMC helps teens successfully overcome their challenges in a homelike environment with community integrative programming.
Josh White, Founder of RMC, speaks on the importance of mindfulness and the unique programming at Red Mountain Colorado, “No one else has built a program around mindfulness like we have, that allows the students to really understand how their mind works and keep themselves from falling back into the same old patterns.”
The video also shares students’ perspectives on the program. Asher, a student at RMC, discusses his experience, “I’ve changed a lot since I’ve come to Red Mountain. We’ve got a really great community of kids that are really supportive of each other and the staff are always there if you need to ask for help.”
