Red Mountain Sedona Launches New Video

Red Mountain Sedona, the leading mindfulness-based launch program for young adults 18-28, is excited to announce a new program overview video. The video is a compilation of interviews from staff, students, and alumni, sharing how Red Mountain transformed their lives.
“There are so many pieces that are powerful about this program,” said Maggie Pappas, Program Coordinator and Red Mountain Graduate. “The mindfulness piece is so unique because it’s teaching you a way of life,” she said. The program overview video touches on the benefits of mindfulness, one of Red Mountain Sedona’s core values, and discusses the transformative results it provides for students.
“Mindfulness brings you to a place where you can think ahead and make pretty accurate predictions of the consequences of your actions,” said Maureen White, MA, Co-Founder and Executive Program Director.
The video is featured on the homepage of the new Red Mountain Sedona website. In addition to showcasing the natural beauty of Sedona, the video also expands on the importance of aftercare as a continuation of primary treatment, highlighting the risks of returning to old environments without time to practice skills in a supportive and structured setting.
