Regional Director of Sales – West Coast
Director of Sales manages and oversees the sales operations on the West Coast for Paradigm and the Altior organization, main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with professionals and other referring partners in the region. The goal is to drive awareness, qualified leads, and ultimately admissions into mental health services across the company
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Build & maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives & needs.
Develop new business and maintain existing account referral relationships.
Conference attendance and booth representation.
