Seven Stars Welcomes New Clinical Director, Rachelle Steed, LCSW

Seven Stars, a therapeutic boarding school for children with neurodevelopmental disorders, is proud to announce that Rachelle Steed, LCSW, has joined the team as Clinical Director.
Rachelle received her master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University and has experience in substance abuse treatment. She also has experience in the education sector from her time spent as a school-based social worker.
Further, empathy and sincere care are foundational to her approach to her role as Clinical Director, “I adore the students and families that I work with and really enjoy empowering the family system as a whole.” As for her clinical interests, Rachelle is passionate about understanding and treating trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, attachment, and suicidal tendencies.
Rachelle is committed to the mission of Seven Stars and is excited about the work ahead: “Providing quality therapy and interventions has been a long-time passion of mine. As a primary therapist and now Clinical Director, I am looking forward to continuing to help students grow and thrive.”
Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys hiking to as many mountain peaks as she can and spending quality time with her three children.
