dTEC® is a systematic treatment approach that provides individual, couple, and family therapy to people of all ages who struggle with digital media overuse (DMO) and online addiction. We provide parent coaching services to parents all over the globe who are seeking direction on how to best support their children and families to engage in healthy digital media use. Our Approach: FITS-IA® is a systemic treatment approach that provides education and clinical support to people struggling with DMO to eliminate the negative impacts of digital media use, improve family relationships, teach effective emotional regulation and self-care skills and support interpersonal relationships through face-to-face social connections and community engagement. We provide clinical consultations, training, and keynote presentations. We are currently offering a live webinar, FITS-IA® Foundation Training; Introduction to Digital Media Overuse; Assessment, Intervention, and Treatment, which provides 6 CE hours.
