Trails’ Ridgeline Alumni Student Program an Outstanding Success

Trails Carolina is thrilled to share the resounding success of the recently concluded Ridgeline Alumni Student Mentorship Program, an initiative designed to provide enhanced post-graduation support and leadership development to former students. The program has received overwhelming praise from graduates and their families, solidifying Trails Carolina’s commitment to empowering young individuals and fostering enduring connections within its alum community.
Throughout the summer sessions, spanning eight days each, returning alumni students engaged in immersive team-building and leadership development activities. Part of the experience also involved having the alumni students integrate into their former group and mentor current students. Here they role-modeled and shared how Trails’ core therapeutic principles: Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Leadership, and Service helped shape their lives. This commitment reinforced the graduates’ personal growth and profoundly impacted the lives of current Trails students.
One participant eloquently said, “Seeing them, it makes me see how far I have come since I have been here myself. I realized I had come a long way.”
Another alum shared, “I knew I had grown, but I didn’t know how much.”
Such heartfelt testimonials underscore the program’s positive influence on building self-awareness and confidence among its participants.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback from program participants and their families is a testament to Trails Carolina’s standing as a renowned therapeutic program for youth and adolescents. The success of the Ridgeline Alumni Student Mentorship Program reflects Trails Carolina’s unwavering dedication to empowering graduates for a healthy, optimistic future.
