Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and parent coaching on a weekly basis.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Offer supervision and training to frontline direct care staff.
• Oversee case management and crisis intervention.
• Maintain accurate records for each student.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in the Mental Health Therapy field.
• Possess an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MFT, LCAS, or a similar state board-approved license.
• Must be licensed in North Carolina or eligible for licensing in North Carolina.
