Cascade Academy is a 26 bed licensed residential treatment center for adolescent girls ages 13 to 18 who suffer with severe anxiety, OCD and OCD related disorders. Cascade Academy utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities: - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) - RO DBT - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) - Motivational Interviewing (MI) Cascade Academy is an avoidance treatment center. Students learn to approach the things they have been avoiding in life. During this process, they improve executive functioning and interpersonal skills, social regulation, and conflict resolution as they learn to live a balanced life. Mentors specially trained in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder provide around-the-clock care for students. Students at Cascade Academy receive individual, family, recreational and group therapy, along with individualized sequential exposures. A focus on balance emotionally, socially, mentally and physically is at the core of their program. Whatever a student is going to do at home, they will practice while at Cascade Academy so they will be prepared for success. At Cascade Academy students frequently struggle with comorbidities including disordered eating and ASD related issues. Cascade Academy works with a dietician, nutritionist, and ASD coaches to ensure each student has access to the resources they need. Cascade Academy contracts with Bridgeway Billing to help families receive *insurance reimbursement.* Call us so we can discuss your insurance.
