Potomac Programs is a relational and experiential therapeutic support service for families. With our developmental lens and CASA framework, Potomac In-Home Support and Potomac Outpatient Centers, work closely with families to offer insight, implement coping skills, and rebuild trust within the family system. Potomac In-Home Support can work with families at any point in the treatment process - early intervention, transition, or aftercare. Our treatment teams are currently providing services in 8 regions nationally: BOSTON, NEW YORK TRI-STATE AREA, WASHINGTON DC, ATLANTA, CHICAGO, DENVER, LOS ANGELES AND SAN FRANCISCO. Potomac Programs In-Home Support serves clients ages 14-24, and their families. Our clients frequently come to us before or after completion of a wilderness program or short or long term residential treatment. We assign two licensed or license eligible clinicians to each family and is an in-home, concierge level of treatment. Potomac Outpatient Centers serves clients ages 14-24, and their families. We offer short term intensive outpatient and day treatment programs for teens and young adults utilizing evidence-based treatment models such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and The Seven Challenges. Within the scope of DBT, we offer two primary mental health programs (at day treatment and IOP levels of care) and one co-occurring program (IOP) for all genders. Within The Seven Challenges model, we offer one IOP for young men. Our first outpatient clinic is located in the Washington, D.C. metro area, with other centers due to open across the country
