Triple Divide Lodge Welcomes Nicole Hutcherson, LCPC as Clinical Director

Triple Divide Lodge, a recovery community for young men, is thrilled to announce Nicole Hutcherson, LCPC, as its new Clinical Director. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and extensive training in various specialized clinical areas, Nicole’s expertise shines as she leads the program’s clinical team.
“It is with great enthusiasm and great sadness that we part ways with AJ,” Executive Director Patrick Hawkins shares. “Since coming to campus, we have been kindred spirits. But just as we are committed to supporting families doing what’s best for them, we fully support AJ going where she feels called. AJ participated in the vetting process of Nicole, and she feels confident that Nicole is a great person to take on the task of bringing TDL to the next level. AJ believes Nicole will provide great services for our clients. We are deeply grateful for the continuing support from qualified, caring staff, past and present.
Nicole aims to walk with clients toward self-discovery and empowerment by shifting perspectives, enhancing self-esteem, and encouraging healthy choices.

- Nationally-Certified Parent Coach in the Marty Beyer Model
- Montana-State-approved Clinical Supervisor
Nicole’s therapeutic approach is strength and attachment-focused, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral, and Systemic therapeutic modalities. She has worked with high-acuity clients and families in diverse areas such as complex trauma, chemical dependency, grief and loss, co-morbid disorders and dual diagnosis adolescents, attachment injury, and family therapy. Triple Divide Lodge prides itself on offering a multidimensional approach to treatment, pulling from evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are on their journey towards self-discovery and empowerment.
When she’s not providing exceptional care to her clients, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her five children and pursuing her love for nature through activities like fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, reading, and cooking. With Nicole at the helm as Clinical Director, Triple Divide Lodge continues to serve as a trusted sanctuary of healing and transformation for individuals and families.

Triple Divide Lodge is a 90-day combination residential and wilderness adventure treatment program for adolescent males ages 14-19. Young men enrolled in the program have a history of substance abuse disorder and possible co-occurring disorders.
