Kade brings a wealth of experience, working in adolescent residential treatment over the past 17.5 years. He is a long-time friend of ATC and brings a deep commitment to the mission, with a fresh set of eyes, making him an exceptional addition to the team.

Kade’s leadership style is collaborative, non-judgmental, and genuine. He has a keen ability to help others feel heard and understood. Anyone that has spent time with Kade knows that he always brings a positive attitude wherever he goes and when someone sits down with Kade, they assuredly leave with a smile on their face.
