Wonder- Announcing Promotion of Lydia Bishop, LCSW to Executive Director of Wonder
Wonder provides therapeutic, family systems-based programming that supports families through coaching and therapy in real-life settings. Wonder’s brand of activity-based support helps youth work through emotional and behavioral challenges while building stronger relationships with their family, friends, and community. Wonder utilizes a family systems approach that works with the individual and the family as a whole to untangle long-standing unhealthy communication patterns that have decreased safety and trust in the parent-child relationship.
Wonder is excited to announce the promotion of Lydia Bishop, LCSW to Executive Director. Lydia has been with Dave Herz and Willow Rubin since 2010. She spent three years as a mentor working for Vive before moving into Admissions and Operations. She worked as the Admissions Director for several years and in 2021, she was promoted to Director of Operations and Admissions.
Wonder’s founders/owners, Dave Herz and Willow Rubin, will continue to work together with Lydia to support Wonder’s growing organization and development of programming throughout the country. Dave will continue to do business development and outreach and Willow will continue on as the Clinical Director. Lydia is excited to support her admissions, marketing, and clinical teams throughout the country.
Lydia shared, “I am grateful and honored to continue to be able to support families who are struggling in so many aspects, to help them continue to build stronger relationships and find healthy ways to sustain change as a system. What I love most about Wonder is that my personal goals and ideals align with the purpose, vision, and culture of the organization.”
