Executive Director — Engage Young Adult Transitions (Cedar City, Utah)
This is not a turnaround. This is not a startup.
This is a high-functioning, respected young adult program that needs the right leader to take it to the next level.
Engage Young Adult Transitions is a boutique, private-pay program doing meaningful work with young adults building independence, stability, and real-world capability. The clinical model and reputation are strong. The foundation is in place.
Now we need a leader who can elevate it.
You will own the operation, and especially system deployment.
You will align the team.
You will drive performance.
You will build on something we’re proud of.
This role is for someone who knows how to run a complex behavioral health environment and who wants real responsibility.

Real authority to lead and shape the program through implementing The Hope Group operating system
-

-
The ability to materially impact growth, culture, and outcomes
-
Direct exposure to ownership and strategic decision-making
Compensation
