Havenwood Academy is proud to announce Jake Clayton as its new Executive Director. Jake brings more than a decade of leadership experience in adolescent behavioral health, including work in community-based care, academic programs, and residential treatment. He steps into the role with a strong track record of building effective systems and investing in people.
“Jake brings clarity, energy, and real professional experience to this work,” said Josh Gardner, former Executive Director and current supervisor at The Hope Group. “His leadership will help Havenwood grow without losing what makes it special - trusting relationships, high standards, and deep clinical care.” Josh now supports all of The Hope Group’s programs, including Havenwood, as part of his expanded role overseeing organizational growth.
This leadership transition comes at a key moment as Havenwood prepares to open a boys program under the direction of Charlie Falatea. This new campus will extend Havenwood’s mission: to provide world-class trauma treatment to children who wouldn’t otherwise receive care.
