Hired Power Announces Scott Singer As New Chief Executive Officer

Hired Power is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Singer as Chief Executive Officer, marking the beginning of a new and exciting era in the company’s growth. Scott joins the executive team at a time of meaningful expansion for Hired Power, bringing with him more than 15 years of leadership experience in the mental health and substance use treatment field, as well as a reputation for creating transformative client experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across a variety of treatment environments.

Prior to joining Hired Power, Singer served as Chief Operating Officer at PCH Treatment Center, where he was instrumental in developing and expanding programs, streamlining internal systems, and improving clinical outcomes. Known for his strategic approach and steady leadership, Singer has consistently advanced client success and organizational performance. His professional expertise spans business development, admissions strategy, and operational leadership—skills that will play a key role in Hired Power’s mission to deliver individualized support for clients and families navigating recovery.

“We are thrilled to have Scott lead the next chapter of Hired Power’s mission to support individuals and families through all phases of recovery,” says Hired Power Founder and President Nanette Zumwalt.

Singer adds, “Reflecting on my first week at Hired Power, I’m filled with awe and gratitude. I’m surrounded by heart-driven, dynamic, and exceptionally gifted people who bring color, compassion, and depth to all things Hired Power. The treatment industry is undergoing a profound shift toward truly personalized, client-centered care, and I believe Hired Power is not just navigating these changes but helping to lead them. I’m deeply proud to work hand-in-hand with a team shaping the future of care with courage, innovation, and heart.”

Singer’s leadership style is grounded in integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of service, values shaped early in his career by his service in the U.S. Army. Outside of his professional achievements, he is a dedicated family man and an advocate for fellow veterans. As CEO, he will continue advancing Hired Power’s core mission: empowering individuals and families with clarity, structure, and heart throughout the recovery journey. The entire Hired Power team welcomes Scott Singer with great enthusiasm as he leads the organization into its next chapter of impact and innovation.
