Building on the success and high level of care that has defined their original STR facility, OPI is now offering a new 6-bed home for young adults seeking stabilization during their journey to independent living.

Located near one another in Woodland Hills, California, OPI's three facilities form a close-knit, supportive community. This expansion allows OPI to further its mission of providing top-tier mental health care to young adults of all genders, helping them overcome a wide range of challenges. The new STR home aims to offer the same level of compassion and expertise that has become the hallmark of OPI’s services, ensuring that those who need support can access the care they deserve.

The programming integrates key elements of OPI's long-term care model into a shorter stay, providing a bridge for those who need immediate support while still utilizing their insurance for a defined period. This unique approach offers flexibility and ensures that participants receive the care and resources necessary to help them succeed in their transition. By providing a range of services designed to address young adults' complex mental health needs, OPI continues to position itself as a leader in providing comprehensive care. OPI STR offers a 90-day stay, is licensed by the Department of Social Services and certified by the Department of Health Care Services, and accepts out-of-network insurance. It offers intensive psychotherapy to participants ages 18 to 28, with a structured schedule of individual therapy, family therapy, psychiatry, nursing, and support groups.
