Foundations Asheville is a young adult transition community located in the mountains of North Carolina (Asheville). It provides tools to identify a path and transition to independent adulthood, where young adults can find meaning, direction, relationships, and self-reliance.

These are the 6 areas of importance to begin to find success & independence:

1. Academic + Vocational Success

2. Financial Management

3. Social Integration

4. Personal Health

5. Functional Living Skills

6. Hobbies and Interests.

📚 Real-World Academics & 📚Careers: Students pursue college or vocational training through active partnerships with UNC Asheville, AB Tech, local internships, and workforce opportunities.

🏠 Progressive, Paced Housing: Participants practice independence at a pace tailored to their unique needs. Our progressive residential phases carefully transition young adults from: Supported group homes ➡️ Student-run housing ➡️ Independent apartments.

Are you 18–25 and facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low motivation, social isolation, executive-function delays, academic interruptions, or lack of direction? ☎️ Call to learn more about how you might fit into this community.
