Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Red Oak offers an expansive and restorative environment designed exclusively for male-identifying clients ages 18 and older. Our residential program integrates evidence-based treatment with experiential therapies that help clients reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

Red Oak invites clients to rediscover joy and purpose through weekend adventure activities, including rock climbing, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and hiking. At Red Oak, men have the freedom to learn how to live, fully immersing themselves in recovery, deepening individual and family work, and embracing a life renewed.

RED OAK RECOVERY EXTENDED CARE CAMPUS

Located in the peaceful Sandy Mush Valley of Leicester, NC, our extended care campus provides the same high-quality, evidence-based care and compassionate support as our residential program. Surrounded by rolling hills and natural beauty, it offers an ideal environment for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Clients participate in individualized clinical programming and experiential therapies, including mindfulness, adventure-based activities, and expressive modalities, while benefiting from the flexibility of lower-level care. Utilizing Gestalt therapeutic techniques, clients can also participate in a solo outing that integrates their treatment and helps launch them into the next phase of their recovery.
