Engage Young Adult Transitions welcomes Amanda Mosse, L.C.S.W., to its clinical team. Amanda brings more than 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health across wilderness therapy, residential treatment, private practice, and medical settings. Her work with young adults addresses anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, neurodivergence, and the transition toward greater independence. She also utilizes Brainspotting in her clinical work.
Amanda’s warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach aligns with Engage’s community-based model, where therapeutic growth extends into daily life. She emphasizes helping young adults apply what they learn in therapy through relationships, everyday challenges, setbacks, and opportunities to practice new ways of responding. This addition strengthens Engage’s ability to support young adults and families as they build healthier coping, stronger relationships, and the skills needed for greater independence.
