As organizations continue to evolve how they support families of teens and young adults, a new collaboration is bringing together two aligned approaches to care. Other Parents Like Me (OPLM) and Finding You Therapy Programs have partnered to introduce a FREE parent support group, designed to offer ongoing, structured support rooted in attachment-based thinking, experiential learning, and peer connection.
Finding You Therapy Programs has built a strong reputation for its immersive intensives and its philosophy of “Find You, not Fix You.” Grounded in attachment theory and experiential modalities, this approach encourages individuals to explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape their lives. Through this partnership, that same philosophy will be extended into a weekly group setting—creating a space where parents can engage in self-reflection, connect with others, and integrate insights over time, rather than in a single-point experience.
The group is anticipated to launch in mid-May, offering an accessible entry point for parents and caregivers seeking this type of support. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.
“Finding You’s work has had a meaningful impact on many people who care deeply about this space, including members of the OPLM community,” said Casie Fariello, Co-Founder and CEO of OPLM. “This partnership allows us to bring that philosophy into an ongoing, community-based setting—making it more accessible while staying deeply aligned with the kind of support parents are seeking today.”
